Crema di Cafè — also called the “espresso frosty” online — is a beloved frozen Italian coffee treat made with authentic espresso and churned into a smooth, creamy soft-serve consistency. Think of it as a Frosty and a coffee frappé had a baby, but made with real Italian espresso and far less sugar than anything you’d find at a chain coffee shop.
In southern Italy, it’s a staple. In Boca Raton, it’s brand new — and we’re the only ones serving it.
How We Make Ours
We use Kimbo espresso beans from Naples, Italy — the same beans that fuel our entire espresso bar. The result is a rich, intensely flavored frozen coffee drink with a texture that’s somewhere between soft-serve ice cream and a frozen cappuccino. It’s unlike anything else in South Florida.
Two Ways to Enjoy It
Solo
On its own as a frozen espresso treat — smooth, creamy, and deeply satisfying.
Affogato Style
Combined with a hot espresso shot poured over the top — the classic Italian way.
Dairy-Free
Ask for oat milk, almond milk, or coconut milk — we’ve got you covered.
